"Awesome online experience"
Awesome online experience. The part appeared to be in stock online, but it wasn't actually available. I really appreciated the follow-up call, but the shipping was done through FedEx ground instead of UPS, which was a bit puzzling. Overall, they handled it well, and the parts arrived just fine. I've got the app and I've used it before, and I definitely plan to use it again.

"Poor Customer Service"
I got sent 2 Vetus Macerator Motors that weren’t assembled right. I sent back the 2 Motors I bought and got a different Motor as a replacement. They told me I’d get a refund for one of the motors, but that never happened. Now, I can’t get the Salesperson to respond or chat with me. In the end, I paid for two functional motors but only got one that works. I really think they should’ve refunded me for the first motor.

"Decent support, but shipping was sluggish"
I managed to order the product I was looking for. The communication and updates were pretty smooth. My main issue is that it took longer than I thought to get the item sent out. It was a few days before they created a shipping label, and then it took several more days for the package to finally go out with UPS.

Fantastic service! They mentioned my part wasn't available and would take around two weeks, but I got it way quicker. The person I spoke to on the phone was super nice. I’d totally shop with them again!
